For Workmanship and Material Warranty:
If you, the Purchaser, encounter any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, such as manufacturing defects or failures due to material issues, you should follow these steps to receive warranty service:
1. Contact Technical Support: Please reach out to our technical support team as soon as possible. Our team is here to assist you with any issues related to your product.
2. Product Testing and Diagnosis: Our technicians will guide you through a series of steps to test and diagnose the issue. This may include troubleshooting procedures that can be performed on-site or remotely.
3. Repair or Return Instructions: Depending on the nature of the defect, our technicians may provide instructions for repairing the product yourself or request that you return the defective product to us for further inspection and repair.
4. Shipping Instructions: If it is necessary to ship the product back to us, we will provide detailed shipping instructions. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure the process goes smoothly.
5. Warranty Service Activation: Once the issue has been diagnosed and confirmed, the appropriate warranty service will be activated. This could involve repairing the product, replacing it with a new one, or offering a refund, depending on the specific circumstances and the terms of the warranty.
By following these steps, you can ensure that any defects in materials or workmanship are addressed promptly and efficiently. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and support.
Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty does not cover failures and damages resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, operation, storage, insufficient ventilation, inadequate maintenance, incorrect handling and transportation, unauthorized repair, modifications, conversions, additions, intentional or accidental misuse, abuse, neglect, contamination with hazardous substances, radiation, and water (unless otherwise stated by the Warrantor to be waterproof), unusual electrical stress including power surges, uncontrolled voltages and currents, excessive or deficient energy supply, system harmonics, and lightning, exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures, and force majeure events including fires, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, severe weather, wars, and acts of terrorism.
If the Warrantor determines that the problem with the product(s) is not due to a manufacturing defect in the Warrantor’s workmanship or materials, or otherwise does not qualify for warranty repair, then the Purchaser will be responsible for all costs incurred by the Warrantor necessary to repair, replace, and transport the product(s). The Warrantor will not be responsible for expenses related to installation/removal, electrical system tests, loss of time, or other incidental expenses.
